Amy is one of the most dynamic individuals I have ever come across in my life. I have had the pleasure of knowing Amy since we were both 13 years old. Amy has always been an inspiration to me with respect to her health and fitness. She is a teacher, a motivator, and exemplifies what it means to be a healthy individual. She touches people with her kindness and her heart felt passion for wanting to help people better themselves. Amy and I played high school sports as well as Division 1 College Volleyball together. Throughout those years of sports she was always a standout to the rest of the athletes in that she always put in over 100% in every practice and in every game she played. Amy has the ability to push you from the inside out, helping you to be the best you can be. Her sense of balance in her life carries over to others as she consistently promotes and practices that nutrition and fitness are key elements to being healthy. She has been a friend through and through and gives her heart unconditionally. Her positive attitude toward life, her drive to being the best she can be continues to overwhelm me and make me want to be a part of her world. Thank you Amy for guiding me to the best me.

“Amy's the best! I am 54 years old and have been working out for over 35 years. For the last five years, I’ve become a big fan of Amy's classes. I go to the gym six days a week and four of the six are classes with Amy. Every class is different, fun, and challenging. For me, it is a challenge to keep up with Amy and to do even better than the younger girls. Giving up is not a concept, as Amy is always pushing me to go beyond my limits. It makes me feel good about myself, keeps me healthy, in good shape (very important at my age!) and gives you strength for the ups and downs in everyday life. Even when traveling, the first things I pack are my running shoes, trying to workout every day, keeping Amy's slogan in mind: STAY ENERGIZED! Did I forget to say that it is a lot of fun too?”

“Amy is an incredible aerobics instructor. She has great music, incredible energy, and just pushes you to a fantastic experience. I have followed her from Westchester to Connecticut, and she is worth the half hour trip! There are few instructors I could say that about.
She has great moves, a packed class, involves people, and motivates everyone. She is constantly looking for new and interesting moves to keep things challenging. I wish I could keep up with all those moves, but they clearly give me an attainable goal to strive for.”

“I have never had an instructor motivate me or inspire me the way that Amy has. She has this way about her that makes you want to be better, work out harder, and push yourself to the next level. You can also tell that she loves what she does - she has different choreography each week and updates her music to the latest and greatest songs so when you are working out you are having fun. She makes it a point to get to know everyone in her class and call out individuals by name encouraging them to jump higher, work harder, or try a new move that they didn't think their body was capable of doing. I also know that when I accomplish a goal or see my body changing due to her rigorous workouts, she is as thrilled as I am which encourages me to keep going! I want to show her what I am capable of doing because I know she will be proud of me and my achievements. To me, she is what a first class instructor should aspire to be - and she sets the bar up pretty high.”

“Amy's routines are constantly different. I have taken her class for just over a year. Her class was my first step aerobics class and since then, I was hooked on step. The workout is well choreographed and energy in the class is very high. I always sweat and have a great time doing it. Amy is so encouraging, her energy is amazing to witness and it still amazes me. She is innovative with steps and encourages the class by saying how great we all look when we get in synch. I love that positive feeling and it carries throughout my day. The positive attitude is so contagious and it keeps me going back!”
