Return Policy

We accept returns on damaged products ONLY.  Merchandise exchanges will be accepted with-in 15 days of Shipping date.  All merchandise must be in original wrapping when returned and unopened. Returns will not be accepted otherwise. Refunds apply to merchandise only.  All shipping fees are nonrefundable. We require shipping insurance on the products returned to us as well as a tracking number. Please notify contactus@nrgfitness.net with details of return prior to  shipping any merchandise back to us.

Price adjustment refunds: If a purchase was made with-in 30 days of a price adjustment on any NRG Fitness LLC LLC product a refund for the price different will be returned. The terms of this refund will be on individual basis between buyer and Nrg Fitness LLC. Any product purchase beyond the 30 days grace period will not receive a refund.
